Description

The project will meet the social partners from 3 EU Member States: Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia, and 4 Candidate countries: Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia, aiming to build and reinforce their capacity to engage in national and sectoral social dialogue and to participate in and contribute to European social dialogue. This goal will be achieved through the organization and holding of 6 conferences dedicated to 6 key priorities. The holding of the conferences will provide valuable insights into the many factors that influence the developments in social dialogue in the countries of the South-East Europe and in particular of the Balkan region – including the evolving economic and political context and the effectiveness of national institutions for tripartite and bipartite social dialogue.
