The project’s overarching objective is to enhance participatory procedures in the commerce sector, resulting in sharing best transnational practices among social partners. The Open For Business project aims at facilitating workers engagement in decision-making to adapt to the new changes in the work organisation via information, consultation and participation mechanisms. Particularly, the project aims to facilitate the transnational exchanges and empowering the employers to participate in the anticipation and management of change with regard to the emergence of the new forms of work before the end of the project by bringing the social partners from 6 project countries (Spain, Poland, Serbia, Montenegro, Italy, Romania) together for peer-learning and knowledge transfer; facilitating the joint work aimed at the development of evidence-based recommendations for Employee Participation Scenarios, Manual
